What’s Happening?

 

A new experience is coming Wednesday, November 6th, 2024.

The upgrade will take place on Wednesday, November 6th at 8:30 am CST.

Most of your account details will be available and ready to use including transaction history, bill pay payee information, scheduled payments, transfers and eStatement settings.

 

Get Prepared!

 

Your online banking profile must include your current phone number and email address. Please login to your profile to review and update this information as soon as possible. Please enter your cell phone number in the home phone slot and click save.

Make note of your current User ID and Password – you will have to enter them in the mobile app at the first login after the upgrade.

Timeline

 

MONDAY, November 4th, 2024: Bill Pay will be unavailable; all payments previously scheduled will process as normal. New payments or changes to payments may not be made until after the upgrade on Wednesday morning.

TUESDAY, November 5th, 2024: Online & Mobile Banking will be available for inquiry only. No transfers can be made and no passwords can be updated until after the upgrade on Wednesday morning.

WEDNESDAY, November 6th, 2024: Online & Mobile Banking will be unavailable to view until 8:30 am.

 

Logging In

 

After 8:30 am on November 6th, you will log in using your normal User ID and password. Thumbprint or facial recognition will not work for first time login on the app. You will have the option to receive a text or phone call with a one-time passcode to verify your identity. Simply enter this passcode into the system and submit to securely login.

Existing transfers and bill payments will be available again. You will need to reset any alerts or card controls you had previously used in online or mobile.
